1 – Purpose

The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define the conditions under which the Paris Wonder Sights application (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”) sells tours and visits to discover Paris and its secrets while walking (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) to its customers (hereinafter referred to as “the Clients”).

2 – Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale

Placing an order implies the Client’s full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

3 – Ordering process

Orders can be placed directly on the application or on the website The Client is requested to provide all necessary information for the proper execution of the service (name, first name, country, email address, etc.).

To proceed with order validation, the Client needs to click on the “Buy Tour” button, which will redirect them to a secure payment page.

On the payment page, the Client will need to provide the required details, including billing information. Once all the information is entered, the Client will have the option to save the payment information on their account for future purchases. After confirming the order and completing the payment, a confirmation page will be displayed, summarizing the order details. On this confirmation page, a highly visible button will allow the Client to install the tour from the application. They simply need to click on it to initiate the tour installation on their application.

If the Client purchases the tour directly on the website, they will be able to find their purchased tours in the “My Account” section of the application. This will allow them to install the purchased tours on their application.

Additionally, an order confirmation email containing all the detailed information will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the Client during the order. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive this confirmation email in your primary inbox.

4 – Prices and payment

The prices of the Services are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Payment must be made by credit card directly on the application. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however the Services will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the order.

5 – Delivery methods

The Services will be accessible directly on the application after validation of the payment.

6 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or incur penalties. However, this right cannot be exercised for Services that have commenced before the end of this fourteen (14) day period.

7 – Liability

– The Seller cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which may result from a malfunction or use of the Services.
– By confirming his order, the customer acknowledges that an internet connection (3G, 4G, or 5G) is required to display the map during his visits.

8 – Online ticketing

The application also allows users to access online purchases of tickets for museums, monuments, and cultural and leisure attractions. These tickets are sold by the company TIQETS INTERNATIONAL BV and the Seller is not responsible for the sale or management of these entrance tickets.

9 – Intellectual property

All elements of the Seller’s application are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Seller.

10 – Personal data

The Client’s personal data is collected and processed by the Seller in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The data will be used for the purpose of executing the ordered Services, communicating with the Client regarding their order, providing customer support, and complying with legal obligations. Personal data will be securely stored and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties, unless required by law or with the explicit consent of the Client.

11 – Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution will be submitted to the competent courts.

By accepting these general terms and conditions of sale, the Client acknowledges having read all the provisions contained therein.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of the order.
